The outdoor unit of an air conditioner is a complex device with external communications that do not always look nice. Especially if the building design does not take into account a special place for its installation. GRADAS baskets for outdoor air conditioning units solve this problem.

The wide possibilities of screen decoration allow not only to hide the air conditioners, but also to concisely fit the baskets into the overall architectural concept. And the convenient collapsible design of the GRADAS basket provides access for the supply of communications during installation and makes the maintenance easier.

Mounting on any base. Fasteners are selected based on the design loads and the material of the load-bearing wall. The recommended anchor size is at least M10x80;
Possible to install as part of systems of hinged ventilated facades;
Step-by-step installation of the frame allows the construction cradle to move freely during production;
The maximum weight of the air conditioner unit is up to 120 kg.

MATERIALS AND COATINGS

All elements of the frame and screen of the basket are made of galvanized steel protected by weather-resistant powder coating. The choice of coating color is carried out according to the RAL catalog, or is selected individually.

KK-1-HK-Rv-RAL9006, where:

KK-1-HK is the type of basket (see table)
RV – type of decoration
RAL9006 – coating color

* Safe operation is ensured when the anchor provides a bearing capacity exceeding the calculated pulling force shown in the table.

** The values are indicated for configurations with 2 and 3 sets of brackets.

It is possible to manufacture baskets according to individual sizes.
