High-quality materials, elaborate solutions and a beautiful embodiment of architectural ideas are the main targets of the development of the construction market. That’s why the victory of two completed projects in 2021 inspires and confirms that the company is moving in the right direction.

Among the 107 objects nominated for the competition in various nominations, the citizens of MoscowchooseChkalov Arenaas the best sports complex and the house No. 47 on Baumanskaya Streetas the best apartment building. This was announced on the website of Moscow by the head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin. The Russian manufacturer GRADAS produced the materials for the exterior design of both buildings.

When constructing the Chkalov Arena, aluminium composite panels and perforated cassettes helped to show the desire for flight that is embodied in the dynamic design of the facade of the complex. Such a non-trivial decision of the designers brought the Chkalov Arena sports complex to a new level of architectural mastery, putting it on the same level with the world's best sports facilities. An excellent example of the fact that in urban architecture each element has a certain meaning is the residential building on Baumanskaya Street, where GRADAS air conditioning baskets played an important role, giving the house a special appearance. The perforated metal baskets fulfill their direct purpose and effectively complement the laconic design of the facades. Two victories at once give the company's work a special meaning, because Muscovites had a really big choice. And this is a serious motivation for the further development of the company and the search for new forms of implementation of future grand projects.
