On the 30th Anniversary: A Fresh Perspective on Technology 

This year's spring concluded with a significant event: the 30th International Exhibition of Architecture and Design, "ArchMoscow," held at Gostiny Dvor. ArchMoscow has long been a respected professional forum in the field. By bringing together urban planners, architects, and developers, the forum facilitated discussions on current architectural and design trends, explorations of diverse styles and the sharing of unique ideas. GRADAS, a leading exhibitor, presented a truly remarkable concept: a tower constructed using EMOCIO technology. This innovative volumetric perforation technique creates a dynamic image within a static structure. The pattern shifts depending on lighting and viewing angle, that was made possible by a unique technology that breaks down the image into pixels. EMOCIO technology offers a wide range of applications, from designing building facades and interior spaces to creating striking art installations – always causing a "wow" factor. This unique tower, its design based on the Fibonacci principle, was a collaborative effort with architects Vladimir Kuzmin and Vladislav Savinkin. Representing a change within the constant, the tower became a central feature of the exhibition. Much like Fibonacci numbers help us understand the patterns of growth and repetition in natural systems, the practical application of these algorithms can predict solutions to real-world problems. This is not just a theoretical concept, it is a harmonious and visually installation which became possible with the use of innovative EMOCIO technology. Exhibition participants also noted another important visual element: the lecture hall area was decorated with two pyramidal steles made in the style of Vassily Kandinsky, the founder of Russian abstractionism. This further reinforces the undeniable fact that EMOCIO technologies can bring to life any design vision, no matter how imaginative. The ArchMoscow participants expressed strong confidence in the relevance of EMOCIO technology, which can be used to solve many problems and make our lives more comfortable and aesthetically saturated.
