Artistic perforation: Art on metal

The cassettes are coated with both standard powder coating and a unique EWIGOL coating based on fluorinated Lumiflon resins. This coating has an unique gloss level, excellent UV resistance, and a self-cleaning effect. Anodizing is another available type of coating. It is a chemically implanted armor that significantly increases corrosion protection.

The main advantage of art perforation is the ability to apply almost any pattern: from light openwork decorations to dense shapes and full-fledged plot images. During the day, the perforation creates a beautiful play of light and shadow, and in the evening, when there is light, the facade literally comes to life and looks fascinating.

One of the most striking examples of this technology is the facade of the Baku Sports Palace with a total area of 2.000 square meters. The cassettes used in this facade are the standard of art perforation. The wavy pattern shimmers beautifully due to the play of sunlight on metal during the day and it glows with bright multicolored lights, thanks to the interior lighting behind the facade at night. 

Another excellent example is the Lyublino shopping center in Moscow on ul. Sovkhoznaya Street. It demonstrates how perforated aluminium panels with a thickness of 2 mm perfectly suit a large urban facility, combining aesthetics and functionality.   Additional lightness and a catchy design is achieved due to clouds recreated on the facade with the help of art perforation technology.
