Art residence for young people in Khanty-Mansiysk

It is possible to unleash one's creative potential to the fullest extent only in conditions that are as conducive to it as possible - that is how the authorities of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug decided to build the "Center for Youth Projects" in the administrative capital of Khanty-Mansiysk. This ultramodern residence is designed to unite young representatives of creative professions and creative entrepreneurs. That’s why the external and internal design of the building should be not so simple, unlike any other.

The company INSI Stalnie Konstrukzii was able to realize such an unusual project by proposing a general design that provided for a unique exterior design of the future facility. Unusual light perforated cassettes were needed for the facade, which could convey the specificity and character of the region. Such aluminium cassettes were offered by GRADAS, having developed an exclusive design specially for this project. A caravan of elephants moves under the constellations of the sky, as if paving the way to unknown distances, beyond which there is a dream.

At night the beauty of the facade design is emphasized by complex illumination, enhancing the visual effect of the perforated pattern. In the daytime the facade coating looks monumental due to the strict gray color, which provides powder coating RAL 9006.

The system of ventilated facade with facade cassettes cladding is perfectly flits the extreme climate of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. The New Center has become a kind of symbol of the advanced youth of the region and GRADAS played a significant role in this, having contributed to the implementation of such an unusual project.
