The new Iskra Park residential complex has appeared in the heart of historic Moscow, located a five-minute walk from the Dynamo metro station. Continuing the traditions of the Moscow architectural style, the creators of the complex managed to implement a magnificent project in the spirit of the 40s-50s of the last century. Being similar to the surrounding buildings of this area, the appearance of Iskra Park has its own unique features. 

The facades of the buildings of this complex are decorated with decorative grilles designed and made specifically for the new project at the own production of GRADAS. The technology of manufacturing that grills is laser cutting of 3 mm thick aluminium. As a result we have a visually unique composition of the facade, which includes light and durable decorative grilles under the windows. They are perfectly combined with the strict geometry of forms and the noble color palette of the finishing stone, enhancing the similarity with the architectural examples of Art Deco style.

The project was created by Art. Lebedev studio and was realized by the masters of the Gala Development company and the SPEECH architectural bureau.

Absolutely all details of this project are unique – the neoclassical facades, unusual and non-standard materials, landscape design. Having preserved architectural and urban planning traditions, Iskra Park has demonstrated a new design to the premium class segment, and gained the status of a new dominant of LeningradskyProspekt.
